where are you located?
We are currently operating out of private studions in Jackson and Taylor MI we offer service and delivery for up to 60 miles of each city.
How Far in Advance shall i order?
We recommend booking five to seven day's in advance. Larger arrangements and beauty services can often be scheduled with less notice depending on season. For Draping we recommend booking a month in advance Contact us to check availability for your date.
Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes! Arrangements for delivery can be made, however, prior discussion is necessary.
Pre-Order
Information
All Handmade products must undergo a pre-order process. Most will need to be "pre-ordered" 1 week in advance.

Delivery Information
Our White-Glove Delivery Experience: Because our custom arrangements are high-value, structural works of art, we specialize exclusively in secure, hand-delivered luxury transport across Taylor, Jackson, and the Greater Metro Detroit area. We do not ship via standard postal carriers to guarantee your arrangement arrives in flawless, gallery-ready condition.
Delivery to a Hotel:

An associate will deliver flowers to the hotel's reception/bell desk (we are not allowed to deliver up to the hotel room.

Please specify hotel's name when placing order
Delivery to a Residence:

An associate will knock on the door, and either deliver by hand or leave flowers at the front steps or the nearest safest location.
Delivery to an Office:

An associate will leave flowers with the office reception and specify the name of the recipient

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

If, for any reason, the customer fails to pick up the merchandise on the due date without prior contact, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
