where are you located?

We are currently operating out of private studions in Jackson and Taylor MI we offer service and delivery for up to 60 miles of each city. 

How Far in Advance shall i order?

It is recommended 7-14 days in advance to book services. Please note during busy seasons, booking even further in advance may be required.

Do You Offer Delivery?

Yes! Arrangements for delivery can be made, however, prior discussion is necessary.

Pre-Order
Information

All Handmade products must undergo a pre-order process. Most will need to be "pre-ordered" 1 week in advance.

 Delivery Information 

Yes, we handle delivery and installation for all floral arrangements. Our team will set up your flowers and ensure everything looks perfect before your event begins.

Delivery to a Hotel:​

  • An associate will deliver flowers to the hotel's reception/bell desk (we are not allowed to deliver up to the hotel room.​
  • Please specify hotel's name when placing order 

Delivery to a Residence:​

  • An associate will knock on the door, and either deliver by hand or leave flowers at the front steps or the nearest safest location.  

Delivery to an Office:​

  • An associate will leave flowers with the office reception and specify the name of the recipient 

Same Day Ordes and Special Requests:​

Order Cancellation Policy:​

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • If, for any reason, the customer fails to pick up the merchandise on the due date without prior contact, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
